AN2000 / Anprolene Sterilizer

Our most popular low temperature sterilization system keeps getting better ! Using less than 18 grams of Ethylene Oxide per cycle, Anprolene gently sterilizes a wide variety of delicate items that heat and moisture can damage.

A combination of ventilation and purge systems ensure that Ethylene Oxide (EtO) exposure levels are below OSHA prescribed limits.

Easy installation requires only 110VAC outlet and a dedicated exhaust line to the outside.

What can you sterilize with Anprolene?
VIrtually anything! More on this.

  • Unmatched Sterilization Flexibility: Anprolene's 100% EtO system sterilizes at room temperature without external vacuum lines or steam generator. Protects your most delicate instruments, electronics, drills, fiber optics, cameras, and plastic or rubber items... Sterilize most any item with the exception of food, drugs or liquids with Anprolene.
  • Sterilization and Aeration in the same cabinet: The Anprolene System utilizes an advanced purge system that aerates products for two hours at the end of the cycle. Active aeration continues indefinitely until products are removed, and the cycle is ended.
  • Proven Reliability: Anprolene has been the choice of healthcare professionals for over 40 years. Anprolene is used in over 5,000 facilities worldwide.
  • Unique Load Size Flexibility: The Anprolene system uses unique plastic sterilization liner bags and individual gas ampoules. We offer two different sizes of bag/ampoule combinations to match the size of your sterilization load. You never use more gas than you have to!
  • Anprolene uses less Gas: The Anprolene system uses less than 18 grams of EtO per cycle. The small quantity of gas used means that the Anprolene system generally meets State and U.S.E.P.A. emission requirements without the need for additional abatement equipment.
  • Sterility Assurance: The Anprolene System uses a standard range of sterility assurance indicators to confirm the success of the sterilization cycle. Steritest® is a Biological Indicator (BI), the classic test of sterility. BI's require a minimum 48 hr. culture period. Immediate results are provided by Dosimeter®, a Chemical Indicator, and a rigorous test for every cycle. Anprolene Exposure Indicators are used for each item within a "sterilization load" to ensure individual exposure.
  • Ease of Installation: New high pressure, low volume pumps simplify installation, requiring only a 7/8" reinforced PVC exhaust hose to the outside. No water or vacuum line required! Wall mount installation kit included with the sterilizer.
